The Roaring Mouse. The best tavern in Hawksmouth. That is if you like rowdy, dark, and smelly places. For some reason I decided to call this place home for a while. The grog is not bad, and after too many walkabouts we needed a break. We all have had our histories and opinions. But for now we are just restless adventurers hanging out at the pub waiting for things to come. I am a good friend of Thulag Gorrebrey, the hostel owner two blocks down, and arranged cheap accomodations for us, and any other wary adventurer that comes to town. I have already seem some folks hanging out in the tavern that I won't trust as far as I can see him, but alas, at the moment everybody is welcome. There is a feeling in the air that we will be needing all the help we can get. Although, I really distrust that guy in the corner with his scretchbook.

The name of the place reminds me of a place I went in Shreveport, LA once. The Blind Tiger

Yup it's role-playing, to set the mood :-)
Outside thunder rolls.
On nights such as these it's easy to imagine that there are Gods out there. Gods who make playthings of the mortals in their endless games of supremacy.

I would like to dream again about this world where people don't meet eachother anymore, but in stead stare at mirrors all day. But they are not really mirrors. Letters appear on them, and the people that look into them laugh and cry to these letters. And sometimes the letters turn into drawings. And the drawings start to move. And the people behind the mirrors get excited and start shouting to the mirror. But nothing happens. And after hours like this the mirror turns black and the people really see themselves, and they go to bed. But the next day the mirror is operating again, and the people are back. It is a scary dream. And I feel sad for those people. I will do whatever is in my power to stop the evil ruler that is making these mirrors, because I have the feeling this is what our future will be like ...

Well, if none uh ya'll pokes want nuttin', I'll just sit meself down and hope for a bit a entertainment.
-takes off his cloak and sets it on the table, cleverly concealing his dual shortswords to the casual eye, yet still easily accessible should they be needed, them plops himself down and lounges back with one foot up on the edge of the table.

Stumbles out of the throne room, blinking to clear the blurr to see that, there are people here now.
Taking time not to fall i kindly tell one by one to steer clear of the Throne room for it's dangers will not pass till the turn of the next hour.
Wandering back to the end of the bar witch has become home

Sure, it's this small room back there *pointing to a door in the back of the tavern* and inside theres a bench with a hole in it on one side and a wash bowl on the other side. i just wish there was a window ....thankyou for the grog mate

Hmm, maybe I have been drinking too much absinthe. In my mind I already saw piles of treasures. Not piles of other stuff. Let me sleep it off at the hostel. See you all tomorrow.
